Due to a change in management, we assisted our client in removing the current and appointing the new manager, director and secretary of its free zone company. Apart from drafting the relevant resolutions for such exchange, we handled the application process with the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority. Furthermore, we ensured that existing powers of attorney were duly cancelled and signatory powers regarding the company bank account were updated.
