After having decided to establish a subsidiary in the region, we collaborated closely with our client, a manufacturer of industrial floorings, to determine its intended business activities both now as well as medium to long-term. Based on these findings, we advised the client on the available options regarding suitable set-up locations within the UAE and appropriate legal forms of the company to be established. It was of particular importance to ensure that the client would be able to legally sell its products to customers but, if needed, also to install such goods on its own.
