We drafted a resolution for our client, a minority shareholder of a limited liability company licensed in the UAE mainland, calling for the distribution of profits generated by the limited liability company. In this case, it was of particularly important to ensure that the arrangements between the partners was considered in the correct manner while at the same time the applicable statutory provisions were adhered to.
