For this mandate, we had to reliably confirm with the Real Estate Registration Trustee Office in the first place which exact documents were actually required in order for a foreign company to successfully sell its property. Thereafter, we ensured that the necessary documents were not only issued completely and in the proper form but that the entire documentation was also available on the scheduled property transfer date. In particular, we coordinated the issuance of numerous documents in different countries as well as their legalisation and subsequent translation into Arabic pursuant to the respectively applicable procedures.
