We advised our client when negotiating the purchase agreement related to a villa located on The Palm, Jumeirah with the seller and accompanied her to the meeting with the seller at the Real Estate Registration Trustee Office during which the property transfer was successfully conducted. In this particular case, we ensured that the involved real estate agents and the legal representative acting on behalf of the seller were duly authorised and thus legally able to conduct the transaction. Based on her new status as a property, we handled the client's application for residence visas for herself and her family members at CUBE, the one-stop shop facilitator for government services related to Real Estate Investor Visas.
