We advised our client regarding her rights as a tenant after having received an eviction notice based on the landlord's intention to sell the apartment. After having verified the validity of the notice and calculated the correct last day of the tenancy, we negotiated the renewal of the tenancy contract for the duration of the expiry of the existing tenancy contract until the eviction notice taking effect. We thus ensured that the client could remain in her apartment until the end of the legally prescribed period.
