Since our client was unable to attend to the matter personally, we handled the renewal of the tenancy contract for his property in Dubai with the tenant on his behalf by making use of a power of attorney granted to us. For this purpose, we corresponded with the tenant and negotiated the new annual rent according to the targets given by the client. Furthermore, we prepared all necessary documents and met with the tenant to sign the new tenancy contract and receive the rental cheques.
