We represented the legal interests of an employee after she had been terminated by a Dubai subsidiary of a Dutch corporation. We advised the client on her entitlements following her termination, in particular with regard to severance pay and compensation for unfair dismissal. In addition, we explained that the client was not obliged to sign a waiver of rights after receiving the notice of termination.
