We assisted a market leader in the food industry during the settlement negotiations with the managing director of the client's Dubai branch. The negotiations particularly concerned the amount of severance pay and the long-term bonus as well as the actual last day of employment with the company. For this purpose, we reviewed, amongst others, the draft of the settlement agreement prepared by the opposing party and amended it to our client's advantage.
