Our client instructed us to revise an agreement designed to bring an existing distribution relationship to an end. The aim was to delete an existing entry in the name of the client's local distributor from the Commercial Agency Register kept with the Ministry of Economy in order to be able to subsequently appoint a new, more suitable distributor.
