New rules for real estate valuation practitioners in Dubai

Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 37 of 2015 determines the requirements for persons practicing the profession of real estate valuation in the Emirate which is now generally reserved for Emirati nationals only. However, existing professionals will be allowed to continue working in the field.
