Ghadan 21 transforming Abu Dhabi's economy, community and knowledge ecosystem

The government program was launched one year ago and focuses on investing in people and business in the years 2019 to 2021. In the business sector, Ghadan 21 has aimed at, amongst others, de-regulation initiatives as well as the introduction of instant licenses and dual licenses.
