Eligibility for unemployment insurance cover

Those employees who signed up early for the unemployment insurance scheme when it came into force in January last year will now become entitled to claim compensation in case of job loss, provided they have been insured for at least twelve consecutive months and paid the monthly premiums to the insurer on time.
