DIC offers freelance permit for AED 7,500 per year

Professionals working in the technology sector are eligible to apply for the new license. If required, Dubai Internet City (DIC) also assists in the application for a residence visa. A few month ago, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Park launched similar packages for the education and media sector.
