Abu Dhabi courts to make English translation compulsory

From 11.11.2018 onwards, plaintiffs in civil and commercial cases involving non-Arabic speaking defendants have to translate case files into English. The Abu Dhabi courts are the first mainland courts in the region to add English as an official second language.
