UAE rolls out two-phase plan to reopen economy

In the first phase, the economy will gradually be reopened supported by incentives for the private sector currently worth AED 282.5 billion. In the second phase, a long-term stimulus plan is planned to speed up the recovery and encourage investments in digital economy, including 5G networks and artificial intelligence.
