UAE launches first national passenger rail network

Today, Etihad Rail's first passenger train will run from Fujairah to Abu Dhabi. The regular services will begin on 01.07.2026 with three 105-minute trips a day. With Fujairah and Abu Dhabi being the first stations, Dubai and Al Dhaid stations will be opened next on 30.09.2026.
