UAE and China sign deals worth USD 3.45 billion

Being part of the Belt and Road Initiative, the first project includes a 60-million square feet traders' market to be built opposite Dubai's Expo site. The second project comprises a "vegetable basket" with cold storage warehouses to import, process, package, store and re-export agricultural, livestock and fish products.
