Tenancy contracts in Abu Dhabi should get registered

Prosecutors will not file cases for victims who cannot present a tenancy contract that was registered under the Abu Dhabi municipality's Tawtheeq programme. The new procedure will come into force next year and aims at decreasing the number of fraud cases involving rented property in Abu Dhabi.
