Real Estate Tokenisation Project

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced the start of the pilot phase yesterday. The project allows a property being co-owned by multiple investors through tokenised real estate assets using blockchain technology. This option will increase the buyer base and bridge the gap between traditional real estate investment and the evolved tech-driven market.
