The new legal form Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is available to foreign shareholders whose companies shall operate in mainland Ras Al Khaimah in sectors included in the positive list of the FDI Law. Licenses are issued by the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Economic Development (RAK DED) in collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ).
