RAK offshore centres to be consolidated

Starting 01.01.2016, the registries for Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone International Companies (RAKIC) and International Business Companies licensed by RAK Investment Authority (RAK Offshore) will be consolidated and entered into the registry of the newly formed Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre (RAKICC).
