Population outstrips Dubai's home supply

According to the Dubai Statistics Center, the number of inhabitants of the emirate surged by over 100,000 in 2023 while at the same time only 50,000 new residential units were handed over. It is expected that such disproportion will remain for the next 24 to 36 months.
