Operating license for Barakah Nuclear Power Plant issued

The Federal Authority for Nuclear Energy has announced the go-ahead for Unit 1 of the first nuclear reactor in the Arab world. It is located in Barakah, around 300 km from Abu Dhabi and will now start its commission period.
