New Sharjah Rental Law

According to Law No. 5 of 2024, landlords in Sharjah must now get lease contracts attested within 15 days of issuance. The new law also places limits on rent increase, regulates landlord's and tenant's obligations and addresses the conditions under which a landlord may evict a tenant.
