New option to pay rent in Dubai

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced a partnership with Emirates NBD to enable the collection of rental payments via the UAE Central Bank's Direct Debit System (UAEDDS). By this means, tenants will be able to use their bank accounts instead of issuing post-dated cheques for a rental period.
