New minimum wage for Emiratis in private sector

The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE) has announced that the minimum wage will be raised to AED 6,000 from 01.01.2026. The new regulation applies to all services related to issuing, renewing or amending work permits for Emirati employees.
