New masterplan for Palm Jebel Ali approved

As part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, the mega project will add 110 km to Dubai's coastline, feature over 80 hotels and resorts and comprise green spaces as well as leisure and retail amenities. The area of Palm Jebel Ali will span across 13.4 square kilometres and occupy an area twice the size of Palm Jumeirah.
