New law to regulate property sector in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Law No. 3 of 2015 includes provisions regarding a real estate development register, off-plan purchases, escrow accounts as well as rights and obligations of real estate professionals, such as developers, brokers and surveyors.
