New labour law issued

Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 will be effective as of 02.02.2022 and replace the current federal labour law in its entirety. Amongst other changes, the new law introduces flexible working models, enhanced employee protection measures as well as a single-kind of contract being a limited term contract not exceeding three years.
