New channel for interacting with Dubai government

The new platform, which is called '04', comprises of 40 government entities. It enables customers to make suggestions, comments and complaints in three steps in less than two minutes. Feedback can be submitted through the website www.04.gov.ae or by WhatsApp on 600 50055.
