Minister of Happiness and Minister of Tolerance forming part of new UAE cabinet

Five of the eight new ministers are women, which makes a total of eight women in the UAE 29-member cabinet. Newly created posts are the Minister of State for Happiness, the Minister of State for Tolerance and the Minister of State for Youth Affairs, who is 22 years old.
