Guidance on ESR published

Following the introduction of Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) in April 2019 and the adoption of corresponding implementing regulations in September 2019, the UAE Ministry of Finance has released a so-called Relevant Activities Guide. These guidelines aim at supporting companies in assessing the scope and application of the ESR.
