Good Conduct Certificate for tenants and landlords in Dubai

The Rental Disputes Center (RDC) has launched an app that allows landlords and tenants to apply for a Rental Good Conduct Certificate and inquire about each other's rental and leasing history, including rental rulings and enforcement cases against them.
