Golden visa for off-plan buyers

Since the new visa rules came into effect yesterday, off-plan property buyers in Dubai are now able to apply for a 10-year golden visa if their investment is worth at least AED 2 million and the concerned developer or real estate agent has submitted a recommendation to the Immigration.
