Foreign direct investment licenses now also available in Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development is hence implementing the Foreign Direct Investment Law. The license allows for 100% foreign ownership for companies with a capital of AED 2 million and above which are active in any of the 122 economic categories related to the agricultural, industrial or service sector.
