Phase 1 is set to be completed by 2026 and will comprise 140,000 sqm of exhibition space. Phase 2 is planned to be ready by 2028. After completion of the final phase in 2031, there will be 26 halls with a total indoor exhibition area of 180,000 sqm, being 1.5 times larger than the current Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road.
