Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre launched

Pursuant to Dubai Maritime City Authority's Law No. 11 of 2007, it has now been decreed to set up the Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre (EMAC). The institution will be responsible for settling maritime related disputes in compliance with arbitration rules.
