Electronic system for service charge payments towards properties in Dubai

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has introduced a new system called "Mollak". It monitors payments of service charges in co-owned properties, such as apartment blocks and villa communities. The owners will pay community service fees via Mollak rather than directly to the developer.
