Dubai to establish new judicial tribunal

The Ruler of Dubai has issued Decree No. 9 of 2016 regarding a new judicial tribunal which shall rule on conflicts of jurisdiction and conflicts of judgments between the Dubai Courts and the DIFC Courts. The tribunal shall consist of four judges from the Dubai Courts and three judges from the DIFC Courts.
