Dubai tightens rules for off-plan real estate projects

Law No. 19 of 2017 partially amends Law No. 13 of 2008 on interim property registration in Dubai. The stricter regulations cover, amongst others, breaches of sale contracts by the buyer and shall protect both, investors and developers.
