Dubai property deals hit record high in July

More than 17,000 real estate transactions worth AED 55.5 billion were reported in Dubai last month. This represents an increase of 59% in transactions and 57% in value compared to July 2023. The off-plan market witnessed a year-over-year increase of 77% in volume.
