Dubai housing fee now covers all expatriate residential units

All expatriate occupants of residential properties in Dubai are now charged the housing fee amounting to 5% of the annual rent or, should the owner live in his premises, 5% of the property's rental value as per the index of the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
