Dubai amends 2-year property visa rules

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has removed the requirement for any minimum property value, which was AED 750,000 before, provided the unit is owned by a single owner. At the same time, joint owners of a real estate now have to hold a minimum share of AED 400,000 each in order to be eligible to apply for the relevant property visa.
