Dubai allows freehold in further locations

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has opened up real estate ownership for all nationalities for 457 plots along Sheikh Zayed Road from the Trade Centre Roundabout to the Water Canal and in Al Jaddaf. Before, these properties could only be owned by UAE and other GCC nationals.
