DMCC updates its rules and regulations

Effective today, the DMCCA Company Regulations 2024 focus on streamlining procedures, increasing efficiency and providing a business-friendly regulatory environment. Amongst many other changes, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has introduced flexible bank accounts options, the possibility to deposit the share capital directly via the DMCC Member Portal, a lower officer age requirement as well as updated rules on holding companies.
