DIFC Zabeel District unveiled

The AED 100 billion project will double the size of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It will cover more than 17 million square feet of gross floor area and is designed to accommodate over 42,000 companies. Expected to reach full completion in 2040, the first phase of DIFC Zabeel District is scheduled to open in 2030.
