DIAC opens office in DIFC

The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) inaugurated its first promotional representative office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), allowing parties to turn to either the DIFC Courts or the Dubai Courts in order to enforce DIAC arbitration awards.
