Designated Zones for VAT defined

Cabinet Decision No. 59 of 2017 specifies the designated zones for the purpose of Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax as, amongst others, Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai Airport Freezone in Dubai, Free Trade Zone of Khalifa Port and Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah Airport International Free Zone in Sharjah as well as RAK Free Trade Zone in Ras Al Khaimah.
