DE sets deadline to disclose UBOs

In light of Cabinet Resolution No. 58 of 2020, Dubai Economy (DE) has announced that all Dubai-based companies licensed with DE must have submitted details concerning their ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) to the authority by no later than 15.06.2021. Failure to meet the deadline will entail legal procedures.
